‘Path to Closure Plan’s for open cases are due. A Path to Closure Plan addresses the impediments to closure for cases which either do not satisfy the criteria in the LTCP or which do not present a low risk based upon a site-specific analysis. The Path to Closure will include milestone dates by calendar quarter. The milestones chosen will “achieve site clean up and case closure in a timely and efficient manner that minimizes the cost of corrective action”.
