We are collecting this information to better craft our website for the various kinds of users who may interact with the LTCP and to begin to assemble a clearer picture of the policy’s impact on those affected.  Click the “next” button below to begin the survey.  The information is being compiled and will be presented on this website as we collect data.  Subscribe to our updates in the field on the bottom right of this website for future updates regarding the LTCP and survey data.

Do you own or are a lender on a property with a current or historical Leaking Underground Storage Tank cleanup case associated with it?

Has the fuel release case associated with the site been proposed for regulatory closure in the last year?

* Is the fuel release case associated with the property being proposed for closure under the LTCP?

If the fuel release case has closed or is in the process of closing, do you know whether an environmental lien or institutional control limiting future development will be placed on the property until the contamination is sufficiently remediated?

If you own or are a bank involved with an active LUST site, is the cleanup work being funded through the UST Cleanup Fund (USTCF)?
