A. COMMENTS ON THE POLICY:

Comments to the SED, justification papers and the LTCP were solicited by the SWRCB as mandated by State law. All comments have been organized into one of the following five categories: 1) technical reviews authored by professional toxicologists, hydrogeologists or engineers; 2) regulatory and water agency comment letters; 3) individual comments (consultants/environmental groups/public); 4) legal reviews; or 5) Petroleum Industry Representatives:
